Lightweight mullite sagger and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a lightweight mullite sagger and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of refractory materials. The lightweight mullite sagger is prepared by uniformly mixing raw materials and then carrying out casting molding, wherein the raw materials are composed of, in parts by weight, 55-75 parts of lightweight mullite particles, 2-6 parts of kaolin, 4-6 parts of silica powder, 4-8 parts of aluminum oxide, 6-10 parts of calcium aluminate cement, 4-6 parts of mullite powder, 7-11 parts of high-alumina bauxite powder, 0.2-0.3 part of a dispersing agent and 15-18 parts of water. According to the lightweight mullite sagger provided by the invention, the raw materials are reasonably configured, particularly, the lightweight high-strength mullite particles are selected to replace mullite or flint clay particles or cordierite, and a casting molding process is adopted for production, so the investment cost of a production line is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, service life is greatly prolonged; and the obtained lightweight mullite sagger can be widely applied to refractory materials and can also be used in other environments with a sintering temperature higher than 1350 DEG C.
本发明公开了一种轻质莫来石匣钵及其制备方法和应用,涉及耐火材料技术领域。该轻质莫来石匣钵是采用将原料混匀后浇注成型制得的,其中,原料按重量份数计包括轻质莫来石颗粒55‑75份、高岭土2‑6份、硅微粉4‑6份、氧化铝4‑8份、铝酸钙水泥6‑10份、莫来石粉4‑6份、高铝矾土粉7‑11份、分散剂0.2‑0.3份和水15‑18份。本申请提供的轻质莫来石匣钵通过对原料的合理配置,尤其是选用轻质高强莫来石颗粒取代莫来石或焦宝石颗粒或堇青石,并采用浇注成型的工艺生产,大幅度降低生产线投资费用,同时大幅度提高使用寿命,获得的轻质莫来石匣钵可广泛应用于耐火材料中,也可用于烧结温度高于1350℃的其他环境。
