Lightweight mullite-alumina hollow sphere-aluminum titanate sagger as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a light mullite-aluminum oxide hollow sphere-aluminum titanate sagger and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the field of refractory materials. The method comprises the following steps: putting the following components in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of Suzhou No.2 mud, 8-12 parts of alpha-aluminum oxide powder, 4-6 parts of alpha-aluminum oxide micro powder, 6-8 parts of aluminum titanate powder, 13-21 parts of electric smelting mullite powder, 15-25 parts of aluminum oxide hollow spheres with the particle size of 0.2-1 mm, 4-6 parts of aluminum oxide hollow spheres with the particle size of 1-2 mm, 5-15 parts of light mullite particles with the particle size not larger than 1 mm and 10-20 parts of light mullite particles with the particle size of 1-2 mm into a stirring machine to be fully mixed, adding a binding agent paper pulp waste liquid, performing full stirring to form a mixture with certain cohesiveness, pouring the mixture into a mold, performing pressure forming and calcination in a a kiln.The prepared sagger has the advantages of being light in weight, long in service life and high in cost performance.
本发明公开了一种轻质莫来石‑氧化铝空心球‑钛酸铝匣钵及其制备方法和应用,涉及耐火材料领域,以重量份数计,将苏州二号泥8‑12份,α‑氧化铝粉8‑12份,α‑氧化铝微粉4‑6份,钛酸铝粉6‑8份,电熔莫来石粉13‑21份,粒径为0.2‑1mm的氧化铝空心球15‑25份,粒径为1‑2mm的氧化铝空心球4~6份,粒径不大于1mm的轻质莫来石颗粒5‑15份,粒径为1‑2mm的轻质莫来石颗粒10‑20份放入搅拌机中充分混合,加入结合剂纸浆废液,经充分搅拌后形成有一定粘结性的混合料,将混合料倒入模具,加压成型,入窑烧成,制得的匣钵具有重量轻、产品使用寿命长,性价比高的优点。
