The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly building structure. The energy-saving and environment-friendly building structure comprises a wallboard body, wherein the wallboard body is a light energy-saving wallboard and comprises two transverse frames, two vertical frames and panels; the top end and the bottom end of the inside of each panel are fixedly connected with the transverse frames; a plurality of holes which are distributed at equal intervals are formed in a connecting plate; one end of each panel is fixedly connected with a male tenon; a female tenon is fixedly arranged at the other end of each panel; and the adjacent panels are in threaded connection with a mounting plate through fastening bolts. The energy-saving and environment-friendly building structure has the beneficial effects that one end of each panel is fixedly connected with the male tenon, the female tenon is fixedly arranged at the other end of each panel, the contact area between the wallboards is increased by mortise joint of the male tenons and the female tenons, and therefore, the connecting stability is improved. In addition, the wallboard body is the light energy-saving wallboard, energy conservation and environmental protection are improved, the holes are formed in the connecting plate, and therefore, the wallboard body is light and is low in manufacturing cost.
