The environment-friendly energy-saving ecological building structure comprises a building body, a green belt arranged at the top of the building body and an irrigation system arranged on the periphery of the green belt; the green belt is arranged in the middle of the top of the building body and comprisesa planting layer arranged on the top, a filling layer arranged in the middle and a waterproof layer arranged on the bottom layer, and the waterproof layer is fixed to a top plate of the building body; and the irrigation system is arranged on the periphery of the top of the building body and comprises a water storage tank arranged along the edge of the top plate of the building body and a flow guide mechanism connected between the water storage tank and the green belt, accumulated water on the green belt flows into the water storage tank through the flow guide mechanism, and accumulated waterin the water storage tank flows back into the green belt through the flow guide mechanism. According to the environment-friendly energy-saving ecological building structure, rainwater collection equipment and irrigation equipment on a roof can be reduced, the load on the roof is reduced, and the roof structure is protected.
