The invention relates to the field of green buildings, in particular to a green building structure capable of reducing carbon emission, which comprises a building main body, a roof planting area, a transparent shield, a spraying device, a water treatment device and a water circulation device, and the angle of the roof planting area relative to the building main body is adjustable; the transparent protective cover is arranged outside the roof planting area in a covering mode, ventilation openings are formed in the side wall of the transparent protective cover, and an air purification assembly is arranged between the transparent protective cover and a ventilation shaft in the building body; the spraying device is mounted in the transparent shield and comprises a spraying pipe and a plurality of rotary nozzles; the water treatment device comprises a filter residue box arranged at the bottom of the building main body, a water collecting box, a water collecting pipe mounted outside the building main body, and a second filter cartridge and a filter pipe mounted in the water collecting box; the water circulating device comprises a water pump arranged at the bottom of the building body and a water circulating pipe installed outside the building body, one end of the water circulating pipe is connected with the water pump, and the other end of the water circulating pipe is communicated with the spraying pipe. The method can reduce carbon emission, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
