The invention provides a water-cooling temperature-control environmental test chamber. The water-cooling temperature-control environmental test chamber comprises an inner box, an outer box, a separation wall, a sealing door, a sampling port, a temperature control system and a water circulation loop, the separation wall is movably arranged in the inner box, the separation wall separates the internal space of the inner box into a test space and a deployment space which are mutually separated, and the test space is used for sample detection. The movable separation wall is arranged in the inner box, so that the size of the test space can be conveniently adjusted to adapt to the test requirements of test samples with different sizes, the universality of the environment test chamber is improved, and the acquisition cost and the installation space are saved; and the medium water in the water circulation loop exchanges heat with the wall plate of the inner box on the outer side of the inner box, so that the temperature of the test space in the inner box is controlled to be kept in a detection standard range, the gas environment in the box cannot be influenced, and the detection accuracy is improved.
