A disclosed autoclaved aerated concrete slab comprises a square soil slab base layer, a vertically-through through hole is formed in the center of the soil slab base layer, marble layers are tightly attached to the side face of the soil slab base layer and the inner wall of the through hole, a horizontally-placed steel bar is pre-buried in the soil slab base layer, and the steel bar is composed of a circular ring, a plurality of extending parts and a plurality of connecting parts. The extension parts are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the circular ring and are welded and fixed through the connecting parts. The soil slab base layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of lime, 50-70 parts of sand, 3-5 parts of gypsum and 8-20 parts of an air entraining agent. The autoclaved aerated concrete slab is produced and manufactured through raw material preparation, pouring molding, demolding cutting, autoclaved curing, processing treatment and inspection packaging, and the performance of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab is improved.
