Film unloading system and method for flexible vertical diaphragm wall construction
The invention provides a film unloading system and method for flexible vertical diaphragm wall construction. The film unloading method comprises the following steps that a film mounting frame is hoisted by using a crane, and the bottom end of the film mounting frame is located at a ground entrance position of an empty groove; the exposed end of a HDPE film wound on a film winding drum is fixed through a bottom fixing device; vertical holes in the bottom fixing device are mutually connected with spikes on the film mounting frame; the crane lowers the film mounting frame into the empty groove and drives the bottom fixing device to be lowered into the empty groove, the film winding drum unrolls, and the HDPE film is lowered into the empty groove along with the bottom fixing device; the film mounting frame is lifted out of the empty groove by the crane; and the top end of the HDPE film is fixed to the inlet position of the bottom face of the empty groove through a top fixing device. The film unloading efficiency can be improved, and the construction speed is accelerated.
本发明提供一种用于柔性垂向防渗墙施工的下膜系统与方法,用所述方法包括如下步骤:用吊车将膜安装框架吊起,并使膜安装框架的底端位于空槽的地面入口位置;将卷绕在卷膜筒上的HDPE膜的外露端用底部固定装置予以固定;使底部固定装置上的垂向孔与膜安装框架上的突刺相互连接;吊车将膜安装框架下放至空槽中,并带动底部固定装置下放至空槽中,卷膜筒放卷,使HDPE膜随同底部固定装置下放至空槽中;吊车将膜安装框架提出空槽外;将HDPE膜的顶端用顶部固定装置固定于空槽的底面入口位置。本发明可提高下膜效率,加快施工速度。

The invention provides a film unloading system and method for flexible vertical diaphragm wall construction.
