After the upper positioning plate moves upwards along the axes of the multiple positioning guide rods to a set height, the perpendicularity of the reinforcement cage can be obtained by measuring the eccentric distance between the reinforcement cage and the upper positioning plate through the measuring ruler, and the thickness of a protective layer of the reinforcement cage is obtained by measuring the gap between the reinforcement cage and the through hole of the upper positioning plate; measurement precision of the reinforcement cage is greatly improved, and measurement difficulty is reduced.
