Production process of microcrystalline glass ceramic composite board
The production process of a microcrystalline glass ceramic composite board comprises the following steps: laying a powder, stamping and forming a green brick, forming a priming glaze layer, then forming a printing layer, spraying a water repellent, distributing frit particles, spraying a frit particle adhesive, sintering, finally polishing, edging, inspecting, and packaging into the finished product, wherein the frit particle adhesive comprises the following components by the mass percentage: 5.5-6.5% of a cellulose thickener, 2.5-3.2% of white carbon black, 1.1-1.4% of a defoaming agent, 1.2-1.8% of a dispersing agent, and the balance a solvent. By the use of the frit adhesive, the frit particles are prevented from being sucked away by low negative pressure of a kiln furnace preheating zone, so that a large number of pinholes, air bubbles and other defects are prevented from appearing on the surface of a ceramic brick, and the integrity and the smoothness of textures on the surface of the sintered green brick are increased greatly; and the water repellent can relief the green body strength impact caused by a fact that the solvent of the frit adhesive is infiltrated into the green body.
