Method for reinforcing an arch bridge by spraying UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) and planting steel bars
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing an arch bridge by spraying UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) and planting steel bars. The method comprises the following steps: (1) planting the steel bars on the side surfaces and the bottom surfaces of arch ribs of an arch ring; (2) spraying UHPC materials on the side surfaces and the bottom surfaces of the arch rings and the arch ribs at the positions where the steel bars are planted in the step (1) so as to form UHPC base layers; (3) after the UHPC foundation layer is stable, a reinforcing mesh being hung at the position where bar planting treatment is conducted; (4), the UHPC material being sprayed to the side faces of the arch ring and the arch rib and the bottom face of the arch ring and the arch rib again at the position where the steel bar planting treatment is conducted in the step 1 to form a UHPC reinforcing layer with the thickness being a second set value. The thickness of the reinforcing layer can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, the reinforcing procedure of the arch bridge is reduced, the construction speed is increased, and the engineering cost is reduced.
