The invention relates to a positioning and guiding device for a latticed column and a construction method of the positioning and guiding device. The positioning and guiding device comprises a foundation frame, a pair of first limiting rods and a pair of second limiting rods, wherein the foundation frame is detachably fixed to the ground and surrounds the to-be-constructed latticed column; the pair of first limiting rods are arranged on the two opposite sides of the to-be-constructed latticed column, and the two opposite ends of each first limiting rod are arranged on the foundation frame in a sliding mode; the pair of second limiting rods are perpendicular to the first limiting rods and arranged on the other two opposite sides of the to-be-constructed latticed column, and the two opposite ends of each second limiting rod are arranged on the foundation frame in a sliding mode; and the first limiting rods and the second limiting rods are adjusted to be attached to the corresponding side faces of the latticed column, so that the latticed column is limited. According to the invention, accurate positioning of the latticed column in the horizontal and vertical directions during installation is ensured, so that self deviation is prevented; and the first limiting rods and the second limiting rods can be movably adjusted, so that the device can be suitable for latticed columns of different sizes and is wide in application range.
