The invention discloses a novel water supply and drainage pipeline. The pipeline comprises a pipeline body, a connecting pipe, a flow control mechanism and a drainage direction control assembly; the pipeline body comprises a first channel and a second channel located on the pipe wall of the pipeline body; A connecting pipe; the flow control mechanism comprises a chock plug, an opening and closing device and a driving assembly; and the drainage direction control assembly comprises a sleeve joint connected with the pipeline body and several groups of turnover louvers arranged at an outlet of the sleeve joint. According to the pipeline, opening and closing of the second channel are controlled through the flow control mechanism, so that a flow controllable effect is achieved; the second channel is a special-shaped channel, and the flow of the second channel is small, so that the flow of water flow is reduced, the water flow in the second channel is slow, and then a natural buffering sound insulation layer is formed; a louver type flow guide plate is additionally arranged at the water outlet for flow division, so that noise caused when large-flow water flow flows out is reduced; and a water flow gushing-out direction can be controlled by adjusting the direction of the louvers.
