The invention discloses a water supply and drainage pipeline for a high-rise building and an installation method thereof.The water supply and drainage pipeline comprises a water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is connected with a plurality of three-way flow dividing pipes and four-way treatment pipes, and the three-way flow dividing pipes or the four-way treatment pipes installed on different floors in a matched mode can conduct real-time water pressure monitoring through a water pressure monitor; real-time water pressure signals are transmitted to a monitoring system of a monitoring room through a signal sensor, the three three-way flow dividing pipes close to the bottom end of the water inlet pipe independently form a layer, the water pressure of the layer can be guaranteed preferentially, each four-way treatment pipe and the three three-way flow dividing pipes above form a layer, and therefore the water pressure of the layer can be guaranteed preferentially. After the water pressure of different branch discharge pipe positions of each level is lower than a required value, the alarm in the corresponding monitoring and recording unit in the monitoring system gives an alarm, and the system controls the booster pump body of the current alarm level to be started through a set controller, so that segmented accurate water replenishing work is achieved, and the problem of energy consumption is avoided.
