The invention provides a construction method for lifting a large accident water tower reservoir. The construction method is a construction method for lifting a water tank by adopting a large accident water tower reservoir lifting bracket as an operating platform. The construction method comprises the following steps of: step 1, manufacturing a hoisting operating platform; step 2, mounting the hoisting operating platform in place, namely hoisting the lifting platform by adopting a large crane, and hoisting and mounting in three steps, wherein the first step is to hoist, weld and assemble a supporting upright post and a lower ring beam structure in place, the second step is to mount a hydraulic jack and an oil pump pipeline, and the third step is to hoist, mount an upper ring beam structure in place; and step 3, lifting the water tank in place, namely mounting a steel strand anchorage device and a steel strand. According to the construction method, a high-difficulty water tower lifting method is changed into a method for controlling the hydraulic jack to synchronously lift and driving the reservoir to stably lift at a constant speed by taking the top surface of a concrete tower body as a foundation, taking the upper and lower ring beams of a steel structure platform as a supporting system and taking the steel strand as stress traction, so that the construction difficulty is reduced, the quality is improved, and the safety coefficient is improved.
