The invention discloses a composite cable for a specialized robot and a corresponding robot, the composite cable comprises a hose for conveying liquid or gas, a plurality of cables are arranged outside the hose along the length direction of the hose, each cable comprises a wire and an insulating layer wrapping the wire, and all the cables are arranged along the circumferential direction of the hose; the cable is coated with the rubber layer through an extrusion molding process, the rubber layer is coated with a stress layer made of a high polymer material or carbon fiber, and the stress layer is coated with an outer protective layer made of an insulating material. The invention has the beneficial effects that the composite cable processed by the processing technology integrates three functions of stress, power supply and infusion, and has the characteristics of large breaking force, good insulating property, flexibility, bendability to adapt to a winch and the like; the process has the advantages that all the parts are natural in shape and free of stress before being machined; and deformation and torsion are avoided after machining.
