And the beam plate is fixed on the blocking block from front to back through a second fixing bolt. According to the novel road anti-collision steel guardrail, the blocking effect is achieved through the beam plates during collision, meanwhile, the collision force is reduced through rotation unloading force of the rotating rotors on the lower portions of the stand columns, and the effect of protecting vehicles and personnel is achieved.
