Construction method and construction device for post-grouting of precast pile
The invention provides a construction method and a construction device for post-grouting of a precast pile, and belongs to the technical field of precast pile grouting methods and devices. The construction method comprises the following steps of: sinking the precast pile which is pre-buried with a vertical grouting guide pipe and is welded with a grouting spray head on the vertical grouting guide pipe into a required elevation; after the precast pile is stabilized, namely does not float upwards and does not sink and displace, injecting water at high pressure through the vertical grouting guide pipe to dissolve and burst through a grouting spray head plug, and then opening a grouting channel and opening the plug with clear water; and after the plug is opened with the clear water, performing pile end grouting or pile side wall grouting according to the vertical grouting guide pipe pre-buried in the precast pile, or performing pile end and pile side combined grouting. The construction device comprises the grouting spray head, the precast pile and the vertical grouting guide pipe, wherein the bottom end of the precast pile is connected with a pile tip; the vertical grouting guide pipe is pre-buried in the precast pile; the grouting spray head is welded on the vertical grouting guide pipe; the grouting spray head plug is inserted into the grouting spray head before pile sinking.
