The invention provides an occluded precast pile cavity grouting construction process, which is used for grouting cavities formed by an occluded pile primary and secondary tenon structure to form a connected diaphragm wall, and comprises the following steps of: S1, driving precast piles, occluding to form an occluded precast pile wall, and forming inter-pile cavities by the primary and secondary tenon structure of the occluded precast pile wall; s2, debugging, preparing and testing grouting equipment, materials and parameters; s3, a crawler-type jet grouting anchor rod drilling machine is adopted for drilling, and the crawler-type jet grouting anchor rod drilling machine is matched with low-pressure cement slurry conveying of a high-pressure slurry S4, lifting the drill rod in a rotary spraying manner; and S5, grouting circulation of the next pile seam is conducted. The crawler-type jet grouting jumbolter is adopted for drilling and is matched with the high-pressure slurry pump for conveying cement slurry at low pressure, so that the independent sheet piles form a closed continuous wall body, the anti-scouring resistance of an engineering structure to strong gushing tide water is greatly improved, and the safety and stability of an embankment are ensured. The meshed precast pile is promoted to be popularized and applied in a larger range, more steel and concrete can be saved, and the meshed precast pile is lower in carbon and more environmentally friendly.
本发明提供一种咬合预制桩空腔灌浆施工工艺,用于对咬合桩子母榫结构形成的空腔灌浆,形成联排的防渗墙,包括如下步骤:S1、预制桩施打、咬合形成咬合预制桩墙,咬合预制桩墙的子母榫结构形成桩间空腔;S2、灌浆设备、材料、参数的调试、准备及试验;S3、采用履带式旋喷锚杆钻机进行钻孔,与高压泥浆泵低压输送水泥浆液进行配合;S4、钻杆旋喷提升;S5、下一桩缝灌浆循环。本发明采用履带式旋喷锚杆钻机进行钻孔与高压泥浆泵低压输送水泥浆液进行配合,使独立的板桩形成一道密闭的连续墙体,大幅度提高工程结构对强涌潮水防冲刷的抵御能力,保证堤防安全稳定。本发明促进咬合预制桩更大范围推广应用,可节省更多钢材和混凝土,更加低碳环保。
