The invention discloses a construction method for stirring and implanting a post-grouting precast pile at a pile end, which comprises the following steps: stirring a soil layer in a pile column area to a designed elevation of a pile bottom, and adding a curing agent into the stirred soil layer in the pile column area in the stirring process to form a stirring pile in the pile column area; a precast pile provided with a pile end post-grouting device is planted into the stirring pile, and the radial size of the precast pile is smaller than that of the stirring pile; the pile end post-grouting device is unplugged with clear water through a grouting pipe in the precast pile, and a subsequent grouting pipeline is formed; after the precast pile is implanted into the mixing pile, maintenance is conducted for a preset time; and through the pile end post-grouting device, post-grouting is conducted on the pile end so as to reinforce pile end soil. The invention further discloses the post-grouting precast pile formed by the method and used for stirring and implanting the pile end.
