The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete additives, and particularly relates to a concrete viscosity modifier and a preparation method thereof. The viscosity modifier is prepared from the following raw materials: 3 to 5 parts of modified metakaolin, 2 to 3 parts of phthalic acid, 15 to 20 parts of diethylene glycol octadecyl ether monomethacrylamide, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of 3-(trimethoxysilyl)-1-propanethiol and 5 to 7 parts of cellulose hydroxyalkyl ether. The viscosity modifier prepared by the invention has the advantages of excellent adsorption performance, high adsorption density, thick adsorption layer, obvious reduction of yield stress, improvement of viscosity, dispersion and viscosity reduction functions, and stable construction performance of concrete at a low water-binder ratio. The prepared viscosity modifier is low in doping amount and good in viscosity reduction performance, solves the problems that in the prior art, pump concrete is large in viscosity and difficult to construct, and is good in adaptability with a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.
本发明属于混凝土添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种混凝土粘改剂及其制备方法。该粘改剂包括以下原料:改性偏高岭土3‑5份、邻苯二甲酸2‑3份、二乙二醇十八烷基醚单甲基丙烯酰胺15‑20份、3‑(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)‑1‑丙硫醇0.8‑1.2份及纤维素羟烷基醚5‑7。本发明制备的粘改剂具有优异的吸附性能,吸附密度高,吸附层厚,明显降低屈服应力,改善粘度,同时具有分散和降粘功能,在低水胶比下混凝土的施工性能稳定。本发明制备的粘改剂,掺加量低,降粘性能好,解决了现有技术中泵送混凝土粘度大、施工困难的问题,且同聚羧酸减水剂适应性好。
