Concrete viscosity modifier as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and discloses a concrete viscosity modifier preparation method, which comprises: dissolving a concentrated nitric acid aqueous solution in deionized water, adding a multi-walled carbon nanotube, and carrying out a heating reaction to obtain a carboxylated carbon nanotube; dispersing carboxylated carbon nanotubes in deionized water to obtain a carboxylated carbon nanotube water mixing system; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing hydroxyethyl cellulose in deionized water to obtain a hydroxyethyl cellulose and water mixed system; and adding the carboxylated carbon nanotube and water mixed system into the hydroxyethyl cellulose and water mixed system, then adding p-toluene sulfonic acid, and reacting to obtain the concrete viscosity modifier. The invention also discloses concrete and a preparation method thereof. According to the concrete viscosity modifier prepared by the invention, the fluidity of concrete can be considered while the viscosity of the concrete is increased, and the workability of the concrete is improved.
本发明涉及混凝土领域,且公开了一种混凝土粘度改性剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将浓硝酸水溶液溶于去离子水中,加入多壁碳纳米管,加热反应得到羧基化碳纳米管;将羧基化碳纳米管分散于去离子水中,得到羧基化碳纳米管水混合体系;将羟乙基纤维素分散于去离子水中,得到羟乙基纤维素水混合体系;将羧基化碳纳米管水混合体系加入到羟乙基纤维素水混合体系中,再加入对甲基苯磺酸,反应得到混凝土粘度改性剂。本发明还公开一种混凝土以及其制备方法。本发明所制备的混凝土粘度改性剂能够在增加混凝土粘度的同时,兼顾混凝土的流动性,增加混凝土的和易性。
