The invention discloses self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof. The self-compacting concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 125 to 140 parts of water, 515 to 530 parts of cement, 70 to 85 parts of fly ash, 70 to 80 parts of mineral powder, 90 to 100 parts of silica fume, 10 to 20 parts of expanding agent, 570 to 620 parts of fine aggregate, 980 to 1010 parts of coarse aggregate, 20 to 30 parts of steel fiber and 27 to 32 parts of water reducing agent. The proportion of the raw material components meets the design of concrete strength C100 and shrinkage compensation, through blending of different raw materials, the compressive strength of the concrete is improved, and the concrete has a good anti-permeability grade, and has the advantages of high flow state, high working performance, stable expansion degree, no layering, slurry bleeding, aggregate accumulation and obvious exposed stone phenomena after uniform mixing, good wrapping property, moderate cohesiveness, and free of segregation and bleeding are avoided.
本发明公开一种自密实混凝土及其制备方法,所述自密实混凝土包括如下重量份数的原料:水125‑140份、水泥515‑530份、粉煤灰70‑85份、矿粉70‑80份、硅灰90‑100份、膨胀剂10‑20份、细骨料570‑620份、粗骨料980‑1010份、钢纤维20‑30份以及减水剂27‑32份。本发明的原料组分配比满足混凝土强度C100,有补偿收缩的设计,通过不同原料的调配,提高混凝土的抗压强度,具有良好的抗渗等级,并且具有高流态,高工作性能,扩展度保持稳定,混合均匀后无分层、泌浆、骨料堆积和明显露石现象,包裹性好,黏聚性适中,不离析,不泌水。
