Talc porcelain material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a talc porcelain material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 55-70 parts of talc powder, 1-5 parts of aluminum oxide, 2-10 parts of zirconium oxide or zirconium silicate, 1-5 parts of potassium feldspar or albite, 1-5 parts of bentonite, 1-5 parts of kaolin, 20-30 parts of paraffin and 2-5 parts of stearic acid or oleic acid. The invention also provides a method for preparing the talc ceramic material. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing ceramic powder; S2, preparing the paraffin emulsion; S3, preparing ceramic slurry; S4, preparing a ceramic green body; S5, preparing a ceramic biscuit; and S6, sintering: sintering the ceramic biscuit to obtain the talc ceramic material. The talc porcelain prepared by adopting the preparation method disclosed by the invention is low in sintering temperature and wide in sintering temperature range, and is not easy to deform in the preparation process, so that the yield of the product is effectively improved, and meanwhile, the mechanical property and the thermal property of the talc porcelain are improved.
