The invention discloses a manufacturing process of aluminum talc porcelain. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: taking 40-50 parts by weight of white talc, 20-30 parts by weight of black talc, 2-3 parts by weight of superconducting deironed feldspar, 10-12 parts by weight of emery powder, 8-12 parts by weight of Qidao clay, 8-12 parts by weight of stripping mud and 5 parts by weight of a plasticizer; putting the raw materials into a ball mill for ball milling; sieving after ball milling; removing iron; uniformly stirring the deironed mud, then carrying out filter pressing and mud pressing to form a mud barrel, sealing, preserving moisture and aging; the aged mud barrel is subjected to vacuum mud refining, and mud strips with the needed size are refined and formed; preparing the mud strip into a mud blank of a required shape, drying the mud blank, renovating, washing water, and biscuiting to obtain a biscuit; preparing a glaze material; glazing is conducted on the biscuit; performing firing; performing colored drawing after grading; performing color baking; and sorting, packaging and warehousing the porcelain subjected to color baking. Compared with the prior art, the invention can enlarge the firing range and enhance the product performance stability.
