The thickness of a connector of the obtained connecting piece is 20-100 microns, the shear strength at the room temperature is 40-100 MPa, the shear strength at the temperature of 1200 DEG C is 45-120 MPa, and the leakage rate is 1 * 10<-13>-1*10<-9 > Pa.m<3>/s. The silicon carbide ceramic connecting piece can be applied to the fields of nuclear energy, aviation, spaceflight or military industry.
