The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic welding, and discloses a silicon carbide ceramic connecting piece and a preparation method and application thereof.The method comprises the steps that polysilazane, carbon powder, silicon powder and hafnium oxide powder serve as raw materials, a solvent is added, and a solder is prepared through roller ball milling and mixing; the method comprises the following steps: heating silicon carbide ceramics in a water bath at 90-95 DEG C by using a mixed solution of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, coating welding flux on to-be-welded areas of the two silicon carbide ceramics, and then placing the two silicon carbide ceramics according to the structure of a to-be-formed product to obtain a to-be-connected assembly; and the to-be-welded part of the to-be-connected assembly is put into a heating furnace, welding treatment is conducted in the nitrogen atmosphere, and the silicon carbide ceramic connecting piece is obtained after cooling. The thickness of the connecting layer of the silicon carbide ceramic connecting piece is 5-50 microns, and the silicon carbide ceramic connecting piece can be applied to the high-temperature heat exchange field and the space field.
