Marine facies mud layer reinforcement treatment method
The invention discloses a marine facies mud layer reinforcement treatment method. The method comprises the steps that site leveling and excavation are carried out on the surface of a marine facies mud layer to be subjected to foundation reinforcement; the arrangement distance of hollow PHC pipe piles is determined according to the engineering design requirement, and a pile hole is drilled through a down-the-hole drill; a static pile driver is adopted to penetrate the hollow PHC pipe pile into the pile hole; and solid waste crushed materials with the particle size smaller than 50 mm are poured into the hollow PHC pipe pile, finally, the top of the pipe pile is covered with a reinforced concrete cover plate, and the upper portion of the pipe pile is covered with a plain concrete cushion layer. The method is low in reinforcement cost and capable of achieving reduction and recycling of urban solid waste.
本发明公开了一种海相泥层加固处理方法,包括:在即将开展地基加固的海相泥层地表开展场地平整和开挖工作;按照工程设计要求确定空心PHC管桩的布置间距,并采用潜孔钻机钻凿桩孔;采用静力压桩机将所述空心PHC管桩贯入到所述桩孔内;向所述空心PHC管桩内浇灌粒径小于50mm的固废破碎料,最后使用钢筋混凝土盖板对管桩桩顶进行覆盖,并在上部覆盖素砼垫层。该方法不仅加固成本低,而且能实现城市固废的减量化和资源化。
