The invention provides a multi-channel drill rod with a monitoring function. The multi-channel drill rod comprises a drill rod body, a built-in pipeline and an inclination measuring device, wherein the drill rod body is provided with a male connector, a female connector and an upper guniting opening; a first slurry pipe, a second slurry pipe and an air pipe of the built-in pipeline are arranged in an inner cavity of the drill rod body in the mode that the sections of the first slurry pipe, the second slurry pipe and the air pipe are equilateral triangles, and the axial directions of the first slurry pipe, the second slurry pipe and the air pipe are parallel to one another; the first slurry pipe is connected with the upper guniting opening; the inclination measuring device is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the portion, below the upper guniting opening, of the drill rod body; a sensor is fixedly installed on a plate support; and an external control cable is inserted into the air pipe and then connected with the sensor in the inner cavity of the drill rod body. According to the multi-channel drill rod, the rotation skewness of the drill rod is monitored in real time, an operator is reminded to take measures, the strength of the upper portion and the strength of the lower portion of a pile body of a stirring pile are consistent, and the vertical precision of the pile body of the stirring pile is ensured, and the construction efficiency and the engineering quality are improved.
