The present disclosure provides a door opening and closing mechanism. The mechanism comprises a door configured to rotate along a preset axis, a driving mechanism and a shifting rod. The driving mechanism is used for providing driving force; the shifting rod rotates through the driving force of the driving mechanism, and when the shifting rod is driven by the driving mechanism to rotate, the door is driven to rotate, so that opening and closing of the door are achieved; an arc-shaped touch block is formed in the middle of the shifting rod, and the arc of the touch block takes the rotating center of the shifting rod as the circle center; and when the shifting rod rotates to a preset position, the side face of the touch block makes contact with a limiting sensor, and the limiting sensor is triggered. The invention further provides a service robot.
