The preparation method of the ceramsite comprises the following steps: S1, placing the oil-containing industrial sludge in a storage pool, covering the oil-containing industrial sludge with fly ash for adsorption, and removing the adsorbed fly ash to prepare the adsorbed oil-containing industrial sludge; S2, adding fly ash into the oil-containing industrial sludge after adsorption, stirring to obtain a mixture A, and aging to obtain an aged mixture A; S3, detecting chemical components of the aged mixture A and incineration disposal residues, proportioning, adding the incineration disposal residues into the aged mixture A, stirring to obtain a mixture B, crushing, granulating, and drying to obtain particles of the mixture B; and S4, roasting, cooling and screening the particles of the mixture B to obtain the ceramsite.
