Preparation method of air purification ceramic plate
The invention discloses a preparation method of an air purification ceramic plate, and the method comprises the following steps of: (1) taking 1L of deionized water, adding sodium polyacrylate as a dispersing agent, adding nano titanium oxide powder and diatomite, and carrying out nano ball milling for later use; (2) adding a glaze layer base material into the mixture, adding 10%-40% of a PMMA pore forming agent, adding a proper amount of water, and carrying out wet ball-milling mixing; and (3) glazing the green body, performing drying and sintering in a reducing atmosphere to obtain the air purification ceramic plate. On the one hand, an air purification porous unit with a relatively good photocatalytic effect is obtained on the glaze layer through a nano ball milling process, glaze adding and a reducing atmosphere firing process; and on the other hand, micron-sized pores are formed by adding the PMMA pore forming agent, and effective transition with micron-sized and nano-sized pores in the air purification porous unit is realized, so that effective circulation of to-be-purified gas in the functional layer is realized.
本发明公开了一种空气净化陶瓷板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)取1L去离子水,加入聚丙烯酸钠作为分散剂,加入纳米氧化钛粉体和硅藻土,纳米球磨,待用;(2)向上述混合料中添加釉层基础料,加入10%~40%的PMMA造孔剂,添加适量水,进行湿法球磨混料;(3)坯体上施釉烘干后进行烧制,采用还原性气氛进行烧结,从而得到空气净化陶瓷板。本发明一方面通过纳米球磨工艺、加入釉料和还原性气氛烧成工艺在釉层得到了具有较好光催化效果的空气净化多孔单元;另一方面通过加入PMMA造孔剂形成微米级气孔,与空气净化多孔单元内部微米和纳米级别气孔有效过渡,实现待净化气体在功能层内部有效流通。
