The invention relates to an environment-friendly steel slag recycled concrete interpenetrating pavement brick which comprises a quadrilateral pavement brick body formed by integrally pouring steel slag recycled concrete, and the steel slag recycled concrete is composed of Portland cement, recycled coarse aggregate, recycled fine aggregate and steel slag; the bottom of the pavement brick body is provided with water storage channels which are crossed and communicated, the water storage channels comprise a transverse water storage channel and a longitudinal water storage channel, the transverse water storage channel and the longitudinal water storage channel both penetrate through the two side surfaces of the pavement brick body, and the transverse water storage channel and the longitudinal water storage channel are both wavy. The crisscross wavy water storage channel is designed at the bottom of the pavement brick, so that materials are saved, the permeability is high, and a large amount of rainwater can be stored instantaneously by virtue of the void volume at the bottom.
