The construction method comprises the steps that corrugated steel webs are machined, and partition plates and connecting structures are welded; binding the bottom plate reinforcement cage and the top plate reinforcement cage, and mounting prestressed tendons; a cover beam bottom formwork is installed on the prefabricated pedestal, transverse side formworks of the cover beam top plate and the cover beam bottom plate are positioned, and the transverse side formworks are installed; and layered pouring and maintenance are conducted, the prestressed tendons are tensioned at a time, and the side formworks are dismantled. The corrugated steel web is adopted, the upper flange and the lower flange of the corrugated steel web are welded to the shear keys embedded in the top plate and the bottom plate respectively, the upper edge and the lower edge of the partition plate are welded to the shear keys embedded in the top plate and the bottom plate respectively, and the two vertical edges of the partition plate are welded to the corrugated steel web respectively. The structural strength of the corrugated steel web bent cap is ensured, and the weight of the bent cap is reduced on the premise that the structural strength meets the design requirement.
