The invention discloses a self-floating-sinking type access door and a ship lock. The self-floating-sinking type access door comprises a door body, a sealing well, a piston head and a driving mechanism. The door body is configured to be connected with a door groove of a lock head of the ship lock in a lifting mode. The sealing well is arranged in the door body and provided with a water inlet and outlet pipe, and the water inlet and outlet pipe penetrates through the door body so as to enable the outside to be communicated with the interior of the sealing well. The piston head is slidably disposed inside the sealed well. The driving mechanism is used for driving the piston head to do piston motion in the sealing well, so that water enters or is discharged into the sealing well through the water inlet and outlet pipe, and the total weight of the self-floating-sinking type access door is changed. According to the technical scheme, the problems that an existing bulkhead gate is complex in structure and untidy in appearance can be solved.
