Low-shrinkage concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention provides low-shrinkage concrete and a preparation process thereof. The low-shrinkage concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 350 to 410 parts of cement, 50 to 70 parts of fiber material, 5 to 10 parts of salicylic acid, 600 to 650 parts of mountain sand and 400 to 450 parts of water. The preparation process of the low-shrinkage concrete comprises the following steps: a, pouring a concrete material into a storage part in a stirring device, and blocking an opening end of the storage part to prevent the concrete material from leaking; b, continuously stirring concrete on the upper layer into a lower layer through a soil sinking part in the stirring device, and adding a configuration material into the storage part in the process; and c, moving the mixed concrete material out of the open end of the storage part. The technology can achieve the effect of improving the seasonal effect when the concrete is prepared and used.
本发明提供一种低收缩性混凝土及其制备工艺,该低收缩性混凝土的组成为:按照质量份数取水泥350‑410份、纤维料50‑70份、水杨酸5‑10份、山砂600‑650份和水400‑450份;一种低收缩性混凝土的制备工艺,其中包括以下步骤;a:将混凝土料灌入到搅拌装置中的积存部上,将积存部的开口端进行封堵,防止混凝土料泄露;b:使用搅拌装置中的陷土部将上层的混凝土不断搅入到下层,在此过程中向积存部中加入配置材料;c:将混合好的混凝土料从积存部的开口端移出,该技术可实现提高制备与使用混凝土时的应时效果。
