Periodic structure railway track plate based on elastic wave forbidden band theory
The invention provides a periodic structure railway track slab based on an elastic wave forbidden band theory, spherical cavities are periodically arranged in the periodic structure railway track slab, and the cavities are filled with steel balls with negative mass soft coating materials on the outer surfaces. The periodic structure track plate can isolate low-frequency vibration propagation, so that vibration generated by train operation is blocked. According to the periodic structure railway track slab, the forbidden band theory of the periodic structure is utilized, the periodic structure track plate suitable for isolating low-frequency vibration is provided, and the periodic structure and the material applied to the railway track plate are designed at the same time. In practical application, the periodic structure track plate dissipates vibration energy transmitted by moving load of an upper railway into the negative mass soft coating material of the periodic structure, upper vibration is prevented from being transmitted into a foundation, and then vibration isolation of the railway track is achieved.
本发明提供一种基于弹性波禁带理论的周期结构铁路轨道板,所述周期结构铁路轨道板中周期性排布设置球形空腔,空腔内填充外表面设有负质量软包覆材料的钢球。上述所设计的周期结构轨道板可以隔绝低频振动传播,使得列车运行产生的振动被阻断。本发明利用周期结构的禁带理论,提出了适合隔离低频振动的周期结构轨道板,并同时设计了应用于铁路轨道板的周期结构和材料。在实际应用时,该周期结构轨道板将上部铁路移动荷载传递下来的振动能量耗散在周期结构的负质量软包覆材料中,阻断上部振动传入地基,进而实现了铁路轨道隔振。
