The invention provides a plastic track plate. The plastic track plate comprises, by mass, 20-30% of plastic particles, 20-45% of synthetic resin, 30-40% of natural resin and 10-20% of additives. The invention further provides a preparation process of the plastic track plate. The preparation process comprises the steps of mixing, drying, injection molding, forming and the like. The invention further provides a railway track structure. The railway track structure comprises a foundation bed, a supporting layer, a damping layer, the plastic track plate and a steel rail which are sequentially laidfrom bottom to top. The plastic track plate is low in manufacturing cost, light in weight, short in manufacturing period, convenient to transport and easy to install, improves the construction efficiency, has better elasticity than a steel-concrete structure, can optimize the rigidity of a ballastless track system, facilitates optimization the dynamic response of a wheel track, can achieve the vibration and noise reduction effect, and reduces the maintenance workload.
