Method for manufacturing sand-based water permeable brick from concrete waste
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a sand-based water permeable brick from concrete waste, the sand-based water permeable brick comprises a layered integrated structure formed by a surface layer and a base layer, the thickness of the surface layer is 1.5-2.5 cm, and the thickness of the base layer is 4.5-7.5 cm. The surface layer is prepared from polymer colored sand and a resin adhesive, wherein the polymer colored sand is prepared from natural quartz sand, toner and other nano materials; the base layer is prepared from concrete waste, cement, an additive and water; the surface layer and the base layer are overlapped up and down, the depth of the surface layer embedded into the base layer is 0.2-0.5 cm, a plurality of through holes which are not uniformly distributed are formed in other parts, which are not in contact with the surface layer, of the base layer, the aperture of each through hole is not greater than 0.5 cm, and when the pavement is paved, the base layer is in direct contact with the land; the surface layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-95 parts of macromolecular colored sand and 5-10 parts of a resin adhesive; the base layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of concrete waste, 25-30 parts of cement, 1-3 parts of an additive and 20-25 parts of water; the surface layer is obtained by uniformly mixing macromolecular colored sand and a resin adhesive, stirring and injecting into a forming machine; the base layer is obtained by uniformly mixing and stirring concrete waste cement, an additive and water into slurry and injecting the slurry into a forming machine; forming machines are placed on the upper part of surface layer and the lower part of the base layer to obtain a water-permeable brick blank; and the water permeable brick blank is fed into a curing kiln for curing to obtain the sand-based water permeable brick prepared from the concrete waste.
