Sand-based water permeable brick and production method thereof
The invention discloses a sand-based water permeable brick and a production method thereof. The sand-based water permeable brick comprises a water brick base layer and a water permeable brick surface layer which is arranged on the surface layer of the water permeable brick base layer and is mutually pressed with the water permeable brick surface layer, the water permeable brick base layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of water, 80 to 120 parts of 3 to 5mm sand material, 8 to 15 parts of allophane, 5 to 15 parts of water glass, 25 to 35 parts of additive, 20 to 25 parts of borax, 20 to 25 parts of modified cotton and linen fiber and 3 to 4 parts of water permeable agent. According to the present invention, the cotton and linen fibers can absorb the tetraethoxysilane solution, and can be uniformly distributed in the water-permeable brick, such that the cotton and linen fibers can be heated and decomposed under the aerobic condition during the high temperature sintering, and the plurality of uniformly distributed cavities are formed in the water-permeable brick so as to increase the water permeability of the water-permeable brick; meanwhile, part of water vapor generated by the cotton fibers can hydrolyze tetraethoxysilane in the cotton fibers to generate silicon dioxide, so that a certain supporting structure is formed in the inner cavity of the water permeable brick, the structural strength of the product is improved, and the overall compressive strength is improved.
本发明公开了一种砂基透水砖及其生产方法,包括水砖基层、设于透水砖基层表层上与透水砖表层相互压合的透水砖表层,所述透水砖基层包括以下重量份数的原料组成:水20‑30份、3‑5mm砂料80‑120份、水铝英石8‑15份、水玻璃5‑15份、添加剂25‑35份、硼砂20‑25份、改性棉麻纤维20‑25份,透水剂3‑4份。通过棉麻纤维会吸收正硅酸乙酯溶液,且棉麻纤维会均匀地分布于透水砖内部,在经过高温烧结时,棉麻纤维在有氧条件下会受热分解,透水砖的内部形成若干个均匀分布的空腔,增加了透水砖的透水性,同时棉纤维产生的部分水汽会使棉纤维中的正硅酸乙酯水解产生二氧化硅,从而在透水砖内部空腔内形成一定的支撑结构,从而使产品的结构强度得到提高,整体的抗压强度得到提升。
