The invention provides an underwater pile cutting device. A machine base is arranged above the middle of a top plate of a rack, supporting plates arranged in parallel are arranged on the rear end face of the machine base, a piston rod of an upward pushing hydraulic cylinder between the two supporting plates is connected with a pushing plate through a pushing plate base, guide rails which are symmetrically arranged are arranged on the inner sides of the two long edges of the machine base, a cut-off knife is arranged between the two guide rails, the center of the left end face of the cut-off knife is connected with the piston end of a cut-off master hydraulic cylinder, cut-off slave hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the cut-off master hydraulic cylinder respectively, the piston ends of the two cut-off slave hydraulic cylinders are both connected with the left end face of the cut-off knife, a top is arranged in the center of the right end face of the cut-off knife, and a cutting plate is arranged between upper rails on the right end surfaces of the two guide rails; when the cut-off knife moves rightwards, the top face of the cut-off knife and the bottom face of the cutting plate form shearing force in the closing process. The underwater pile cutting device is reasonable in structure, an operator can cut off a pile body of a foundation pile underwater by controlling a hydraulic pump station on the water platform, the underwater pile cutting device is safe and efficient, and the cost of divers is saved.
本发明提供一种水下截桩装置,机架顶板中部上方设置有机座;机座的后端面上设置有平行布置的支撑板,两个支撑板之间的上推液压缸活塞杆通过推板座与推板连接;机座的两个长边内侧设置有对称布置的导轨,两根导轨之间设置有截断刀,截断刀的左端面中心与截断主液压缸的活塞端连接,截断主液压缸的前后两侧分别设置有截断从液压缸,两个截断从液压缸的活塞端均与截断刀的左端面连接,截断刀的右端面中心设置有顶头;两根导轨右端面的上轨之间设置有切板;截断刀向右运动时,截断刀的顶面与切板的底面在闭合过程中形成剪切力。本发明结构合理,操作人员在水上平台通过控制液压泵站,设备在水下截断基桩的桩体,安全、高效、节省了潜水员费用。
