The invention discloses a concrete prefabricated assembly tower crane foundation structure and a laying method thereof. The structure comprises a center structure and a plurality of transition structures; the center structure detachably abuts against and is connected with the first ends of the transition structures; the second ends of the transition structures detachably abut against and are connected with end structures; the transition structures and the end structures are arranged at the same height; the center structure, the transition structures and the end structures are provided with prestress holes; and the center structure, the transition structures and the end structures can be tensioned, assembled and fixed through steel strands penetrating the prestress holes. The problems that an existing tower crane foundation is long in work period, environment pollution is likely to be caused, land is wasted, and circulation is not convenient are solved. The tower foundation optimized plane technology is adopted, prefabricated assembly can be achieved, the anti-overturning capability of the tower crane foundation is effectively improved, usage is safer and more reliable, the construction safety period is short, environment friendliness is achieved, and resources are saved.
本发明为一种混凝土预制拼装塔机基础结构及其铺设方法,该结构包括中心结构和多个过渡结构,所述中心结构上能拆卸地抵靠连接各过渡结构的第一端,各过渡结构的第二端分别能拆卸地抵靠连接端部结构,所述过渡结构和所述端部结构呈等高设置;所述中心结构、所述过渡结构和所述端部结构上均设置预应力孔,所述中心结构、所述过渡结构和所述端部结构能过预应力孔内穿设的钢绞线张拉拼装固定。本发明解决现有塔机的基础工作周期较长、容易造成环境污染、浪费土地且不方便周转的问题,本发明采用了塔基的优化平面技术,可以预制拼装,有效地提高了塔机基础的抗倾覆能力,使用更加安全可靠,施工安全周期短,环保且节省资源。
