The invention discloses a portable electric adsorption handrail. The portable electric adsorption handrail comprises a handle, and further comprises sucking discs arranged at the two ends of the handle and a driving part arranged inside an empty chamber, wherein the empty chamber is arranged in the handle; a fixed base is arranged at the upper ends of the sucking discs; the handle is connected with the fixed base; the driving part comprises a power supply, a gas supply mechanism and a cushioning mechanism; the power supply is positioned at one end in the empty chamber; the gas supply mechanism comprises a gas sucking pump and a gas storage chamber; the gas sucking pump is connected with the gas storage chamber; a gas conveying tube is arranged below the gas storage chamber; the two ends of the gas conveying tube penetrate through the cushioning mechanism and then are connected with the sucking discs; and the cushioning mechanism is arranged at the two ends of the empty chamber for reducing influences, on the inner mechanism of the handle, of vibrations of the sucking discs. The portable electric adsorption handrail is strong in functionality, is convenient to operate, and can effectively solve the problem of fixing the handrail; the gas sucking pump is combined with the gas storage chamber, so that effective suction between the sucking discs and a contact surface can be guaranteed, and therefore, safety is improved; and the cushioning mechanism can reduce influences, on the inner structure of the handrail, of vibrations caused by the sucking discs during use of the handrail.
