The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete admixtures, and particularly relates to an early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The water reducing agent is prepared from the following raw materials: modified orange peel residues, 1-tetradecene, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, 30% hydrogen peroxide, triethanolamine, acrylonitrile, maleic anhydride, isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, vitamin C and deionized water. The orange peel residues are used for modification, so that the concrete water reducing agent is prepared, and the concrete water reducing agent can cooperate with a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent to be added into concrete, so retraction, crack generation and the like of a concrete member can be effectively inhibited; the prepared water reducing agent can improve early strength and meet the requirements of high-strength concrete and the like, meanwhile, the water reducing rate is high, the doping amount is low, the dispersion stability is good, water bleeding and layering are avoided, and the concrete strength is not affected.
本发明属于混凝土外加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种早强型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。该减水剂包括以下原料:改性橘皮渣、1‑十四烯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、30%过氧化氢、三乙醇胺、丙烯腈、马来酸酐、异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、维生素C,去离子水。本发明通过利用橘皮渣进行改性,从而制备得到混凝土减水剂,能够协同聚羧酸减水剂,添加至混凝土中后,能够有效抑制混凝土构件的回缩,裂纹的产生等;本发明制备的减水剂能够提高早期强度,满足高强等混凝土的需求,同时,减水率高,掺加量低,且分散稳定性好,不泌水分层,且不影响混凝土强度。
