The invention discloses an early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer, which belongs to the field of polycarboxylate superplasticizers and is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of unsaturated polyether, 4 to 12 parts of super-early-strength functional monomer ester, 400 to 420 parts of monomer A, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of monomer B, 1.5 to 5.0 parts of monomer C, 4.0 to 4.5 parts of initiator, 5.0 to 5.5 parts of a reducing agent and 0.7 to 1.0 part of a chain transfer agent, wherein the chain transfer agent is sodium ammonium hypophosphite, the self-prepared super-early-strength functional monomer ester is introduced into a molecular chain, so that the early strength of the concrete can be improved. According to the early-strength polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer provided by the invention, the super-early-strength functional monomer ester is prepared by taking methanol and tartaric acid as base materials, and the super-early-strength functional monomer ester is applied to a polyacrylic acid superplasticizer and is used for modifying the superplasticizer, so that the setting time of cement minerals can be effectively shortened, and the initial hydration environment of cement is improved; and the end of the cement hydration induction period is accelerated.
