The invention provides a novel liquid soil stabilizer. The soil stabilizer is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 30%-55% of water, 30%-50% of sodium silicate, 0.2%-4% of silicon dioxide, 6%-10% of epoxy resin and 1%-6% of a photo-initiation light agent. A preparation method for the novel liquid soil stabilizer comprises the following steps: respectively selecting the water, the sodium silicate, the silicon dioxide, the epoxy resin and the photo-initiation light agent according to a certain ratio for later use; pouring the proportionally weighed water into a high-dispersion stirrer, sequentially putting the sodium silicate, the silicon dioxide, the epoxy resin and the photo-initiation light agent into the stirrer at intervals, and conducting stirring and mixing, wherein one raw material is put every 30 minutes, high-dispersion stirring is performed for 10-20 minutes at room temperature when each raw material is added, and a mixed solution is obtained uniform mixing; and subjecting the mixed solution to stirring and reacting for at least 60 minutes to obtain the liquid soil stabilizer. The soil stabilizer provided by the invention has the advantages of high curing speed, high relative strength and small shrinkage.
