Soil stabilizer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a soil stabilizer and a preparation method thereof, particularly belonging to the field of constructional engineering ingredients. The soil stabilizer comprises the following raw materials (in parts by weight): 50-80 parts of a solidifying base material, 5-20 parts of an excitant and 10-45 parts of a skeleton polymerization monomer. According to the invention, the preparedexcitant is added and undergoes high-temperature calcination so as to further enhance gel effect generation by the base material, and the standard non-side-drying compressive strength of solidified soil obtained after solidification is greatly improved; through the addition the solid water-soluble polymerization skeleton monomer, monomers are polymerized in the whole hydration reaction process ofthe soil stabilizer, and the polymer is insoluble in water after the monomers are polymerized to form a skeleton, so solid plates are formed after the hydration of the solidified soil is completed; and solidification effect is not influenced by water soaking, so the problem of water stability of a powdery solid soil stabilizer is solved.
本发明公开了一种土壤固化剂及其制备方法,具体涉及建筑工程配料领域,其中所使用原料(按重量份数计)包括:固化基料50‑80份、激发剂5‑20份、骨架聚合单体10‑45份。本发明通过加入制得的激发剂,经过高温煅烧后对基料产生凝胶效果进行了进一步加强,经过固化后得固化土标准无侧干抗压强度大大提高,固态水溶性聚合骨架单体的加入,其在整个固化剂水合反应过程中单体进行聚合,聚合形成骨架后聚合物不溶于水,所以固化土在水合作用完成后,形成了固态板块,且不会由于水浸泡对固化效果产生影响,解决了粉状固态固化剂的水稳性问题。
