Fabricated concrete prefabricated column
The invention discloses a fabricated concrete prefabricated column. The fabricated concrete prefabricated column comprises a prefabricated part, a reinforcement cage, a plurality of connecting parts arranged on the prefabricated part and a cast-in-place concrete layer formed in a pouring cavity of the prefabricated part. Wherein the prefabricated part is provided with a pouring cavity which is through up and down; the reinforcement cage is arranged in a pouring cavity of the prefabricated part, and the reinforcement cage is exposed out of the upper surface and the lower surface of the prefabricated part; the connecting part is used for fixing a reinforcement cage in a pouring cavity of the prefabricated part; and the reinforcement cage is arranged in the cast-in-place concrete layer. The reinforcing steel bar is fixed to the prefabricated part which is of the hollow columnar structure and provided with the pouring space through the multiple connecting parts. The solid prefabricated column is not formed by integrally pouring reinforced concrete, so that the weight of the prefabricated column can be greatly reduced by reducing the proportion of the concrete in the prefabricated column in the earlier stage in the earlier-stage prefabrication production, transportation and installation processes.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土预制柱,包括预制构件、钢筋笼、设置于所述预制构件上的多个连接部件和形成于所述预制构件的浇筑空腔的现浇混凝土层。其中,所述预制构件具有上下贯穿的浇筑空腔;所述钢筋笼设置于所述预制构件的浇筑空腔中,所述预制构件的上下表面均显露出所述钢筋笼;所述连接部件用于将钢筋笼固定在所述预制构件的浇筑空腔内;所述钢筋笼设于所述现浇混凝土层中。本发明通过多个连接部件将钢筋钢固定在一个具有浇筑空间的中空柱状结构的预制构件上。而非钢筋混凝土整体浇筑成型的实心预制柱,如此一来可以在前期预制生产、运输、安装的过程中,通过在前期降低预制柱中的混凝土占比,极大的降低预制柱的重量。
