The invention discloses a fabricated concrete prefabricated column and an assembly method thereof. The fabricated concrete prefabricated column comprises a plurality of sections of segmental columns, and the prefabricated column is provided with at least one section of segmental column and is arranged to be of a hollow columnar structure; the two end faces of the prefabricated column are both provided with concentric-square-shaped grooves, the peripheral edges of the concentric-square-shaped grooves are evenly provided with a circle of holes, and metal corrugated pipe sleeves are sleeved with the holes; the segmental columns are further provided with a plurality of tie bars in the horizontal direction and constructional bars in the vertical direction; and the peripheral outer side walls of the segmental columns are provided with a plurality of rows of outer ring stirrups, the inner side walls of the segmental columns are provided with a plurality of rows of inner ring stirrups, and a reinforcement cage is formed by connecting the outer ring stirrups, the inner ring stirrups, the tie bars and the constructional bars. The disclosed construction assembly method comprises the steps that the upper segmental column and the lower segmental column are hoisted, the upper segmental column and the lower segmental column are coated with epoxy glue joint cushion layers to be fixed, and grouting is conducted on the hollow positions of the segmental columns and the interiors of metal corrugated pipes. According to the fabricated concrete prefabricated column and the assembly method thereof, through structural optimization of the prefabricated column, the production and transportation cost is effectively reduced, the construction difficulty is lowered, and the working efficiency is improved.
