The invention discloses a rail fine adjustment frame. The rail fine adjustment frame comprises a main frame body and an adjustment unit installed on the main frame body. The adjustment unit comprises a height adjusting assembly which is arranged in the height direction of the main frame body and enables the main frame body to move and be locked in the vertical direction, a longitudinal adjusting assembly which is movably connected with the main frame body and can move and be fixed in the longitudinal direction of the main frame body, and a transverse adjusting assembly which is movably connected with the main frame body and can move and be fixed in the transverse direction of the main frame body. Compared with the prior art, the rail fine adjustment frame can perform fine adjustment on the height position, the transverse position and the longitudinal position of a medium-low speed maglev III-type connector, and the installation precision of the III-type connector is effectively improved.
